This pretty 18 m2 studio offers a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom in a serene atmosphere. Located on the ground floor of a detached house, it is for your exclusive use. Its entrance opens onto the garden, which is shared. Great location, you will be less than: *10 min drive: supermarkets, CHU, Faculties, Poitiers Train Station * 8 min walk: Carrefour Express *about 20 min by car: airport, Futuroscope Equipped, the accommodation is suitable for long stays. The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of our house. It overlooks the garden through its openings. The T1 consists of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and shower room. Living room: sofa bed, books, table, 2 chairs, coffee table, coat rack, TV (Smart TV with access to our Amazon account and Molotov for live TV). You have access to the house's Wi-Fi. Heating is central and you also have a space heater. A door dryer will allow you to dry your laundry. Kitchen: you have two cooking rings, a large capacity fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a Senseo espresso machine. Cups, bowls, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, utensils are also available. A washing machine is available for your use. We take care of you with coffee and tea pods available! Bathroom: composed of a sink with mixer tap and storage, a shower and a toilet with tank. A hair dryer and towels are also available. Guest access Access to the property, which is on the ground floor, is through the garden. Free street parking. There are always places right in front of the accommodation at any time of the day. Easy access to the property, close by car to the ring road towards the north (Chasseneuil - Futuroscope) and the south of Poitiers (Auchan, highways) If you are traveling by bus in Poitiers, we recommend that you download the VITALIS app, which is the name of the city's bus transportation authority. It will allow you to purchase bus tickets on the app directly. Other things to note We live with a dog and two cats. Our dog doesn't bark. We do not let our pets into the accommodation to avoid allergy risks (but if you leave the patio door or window open our cats may visit you when they are in the garden!). If you are allergic, tell us, we will keep our cats warm in the house for the time of your stay! Our front door (which is not the one to the AIRBNB accommodation located further in the garden), has an alarm device. This device only concerns the garden driveway separating our door from the street. Unfortunately, the accommodation and access to the accommodation through the garden is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We invite our guests to save energy by turning off lights, closing shutters and turning off the auxiliary heater in their absence. We ask guests to be notified of the arrival of people outside the booking, as the garden is shared.
