This tranquil, cozy apartment has sweeping panoramic views of the bay and golf course Enjoy an open plan bright, breezy living space with comfy sofas, ceiling fan, coffee table, 32 " Smart fire stick TV with Alexa and Wifi. The kitchen has dining for 4 people and all the essentials - fridge, gas cook top, electric oven and extractor hood , microwave, coffee/carafe, food processor , blender, kettle, toaster, stainless steel cookware, cutlery,crockery and knife block. The kitchen and bedroom 1, opens onto a private veranda giving u extra relaxing/ work, outdoor / Yoga space, with bistro table, and chairs for two. Enjoy the ocean and golf views accompanied by the sound of soothing Atlantic waves, be prepared to be relaxed . Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a large closet, night stands, and air conditioning . It has a hurricane and burglar proof slatted window allowing the pristine ocean air to filter in promoting a more healthy environment and a door that adjoins the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with large closet a pair of nightstands and air conditioning and a window with a secret garden view. The apartment has a full bathroom with automatic extractor fan, a stand for toiletries, hair dryer, and bath towels. It also has a free internal laundry with stacked washer and dryer, iron + ironing board ,cleaning items. and overhead storage. Off street parking is available for 1 car. Guest access Guests can access the garden and pick garden herbs , for refreshing herbal teas and check out the patio spaces, or chill out with a book ! Other things to note Wild Monkeys some times come into the garden to steal the fruits and will runaway and not harm you when they see you . Don’t miss the spectacular sunrises. Water conservancy is in operation and sometimes water may not be available at the required times but there is always back up supplies of water available in the unit. Sometimes the electricity goes off without warning ( outside my control ) but is usually back on in due course.
