Pet Friendly Beach House in Mossy Point

Welcome to our family holiday house! Pet friendly, newly renovated and located in the heart of Mossy point, with river access at the end of the street and the stunning North Broulee Beach and Candallagan Creek only minutes away. The house is equipped with a new kitchen and recycled timber floorboards, complete with a ping pong table in the garage, all your favorite board games, and a big, fully fenced backyard. The house comes with bed and bath linen, all you need to bring is beach towels. The space With a North Facing living room and wrap-around deck, the house and outdoor seating areas are full of natural light. The house has recently been renovated with a custom-built kitchen and Thor's Hammer recycled Spotted Gum island bench, perfect for socialising around. Two living rooms provide space for you and your guests to spread out, play board games, read books or watch TV and have recently been renovated with Recycled Mountain Ash floorboards salvaged from roof timbers in Canberra house demolitions A selection of board games and puzzles are provided. The house is clean and very well maintained. Guest access There is parking for approximately 3 cars (depending on size) is available in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street The garage is not available for parking, it is for Ping Pong, Surfboards and hanging out. Other things to note We have a ping-pong table, lawn games, surfboards, bodyboards and a beach cricket set in the garage guests are welcome to use. Please don't surf the board on the wall inside the house or on the walls in the garage. The best way to get around Mossy Point and Broulee is on foot or bike We welcome well-trained pets to the house, please ensure you pick up after your best mate and don't leave them barking at possums till late at night in the backyard. The cleaning fee includes linen on all beds and bath towels. This is a quiet residential area with permanent neighbors, the house is not suitable for parties.
