The cabin is double glazed and well insulated making it both warm in winter and cool in summer. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open plan with sliding doors to the deck for indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials as well as a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower. Sit back and soak in the cedar hot tub and enjoy amazing views and starlit skies. Your stay includes a continental breakfast of fresh bread, milk, yoghurt, spreads, muesli and tea + coffee, or make a cooked breakfast with herbs and fresh eggs. Local attractions: Hiking in the beautiful Kaweka Ranges, sample the local boutique winery De La Terre. Other things to note: We are surrounded by working farms so there can sometimes be livestock in the surrounding paddocks. We are rural and 30 minutes to the nearest shop so don’t forget to stock up before heading out to the cabin. We can arrange for a cheese platter and drinks on arrival. At times it may be possible for us to assist with transport to and from local events. Guest access: The last 1km of the drive is unsealed.
