Description
This country house is located in the middle of the vineyards of the beautiful landscape of the Charente Maritime. In and around the house there are many leisure activities, great views and an incredible starry sky. A baker is right in the village, nice markets and big supermarkets nearby. Excursions lead to the Atlantic beach for swimming, the Gironde for boating or to a city for sightseeing and shopping. The space On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, three living rooms, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Another shower room is in the pool house, in the garden. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking and eating together. A covered summer kitchen in the garden with fridge and dishwasher also invites you to barbecue and eat outside. In the living rooms there are numerous seating areas, a foosball table, an arcade machine, screen with DVD, Kaimine as well as numerous books and games mainly in German and English. Some of the bedrooms have additional screens and DVD players. There are 3 terraces and the pool area. All areas are furnished, shaded and have umbrellas. The pool is 5 x 10 meters, heated in summer and has a pool alarm. An additional safety net for the pool for toddlers is NOT provided. The property is completely fenced, the parking facilities are on the driveway of the property. Guest access Guests have the entire property. Other things to note The house does not have a carbon monoxide warning device as it does not have a gas connection. The pool is 5 x 10 meters, heated in summer and has a pool alarm. An additional safeguard of the pool for toddlers is NOT provided.
