Historic country house in the vineyards with pool

This country house is in the middle of the vineyards of the magnificent Charente Maritime countryside. In and around the house there are many recreational opportunities, great views and an incredible starry sky. A bakery is right in the village, beautiful markets and large supermarkets nearby. Excursions lead to the Atlantic beach for swimming, the Gironde to the boat or to a city for sightseeing and shopping. The space On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, three living rooms, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Another shower room is located in the pool house, in the garden. Upstairs there are four other bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking and eating together. A covered summer kitchen in the garden with fridge and dishwasher invites you to grill and eat outside. In the living rooms there are numerous seating areas, a foosball table, an arcade machine, screen with DVD, caimine as well as numerous books and games mainly in German and English. The bedrooms have some more screens and DVD players. There are 3 terraces and the pool area, all areas are furnished, shade spots and umbrellas are provided. The pool is 5 x 10 meters, heated in summer and has a pool alarm. An additional fuse of the toddler pool is NOT provided. The property is fully fenced, the parking options are located on the driveway of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
