The space The front door opens into an open-plan kitchen and living area with patio doors to the rear leading to a private balcony overlooking the garden. The large windows to the front and back of the property provide generous lighting at all times throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment, and the living area contains a large sofa and a 32" HD TV. A door off the living area leads to the double bedroom and adjoining en-suite bathroom. Instant hot water and central heating are provided by a gas-fired boiler controlled with a Hive thermostat. A washing machine is available on-site. Wifi is available throughout the property.
