Tower apartment

Our private apartment is part of a large cooperative housing project - which requires consideration for the neighborhood. It is located in an old industrial tower on three floors with beautiful views of Lake Zern. It is within walking distance of Werder train station. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers. Included in the price is the visitor's tax, but not bed linens and towels, which you must bring. Please leave the apartment as clean as you found it. Thank you! The space The furnished accommodation has three floors: Below the entrance area on the 1st floor of the house leads to the bathroom (bathtub in combination with shower) and to the fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee and spices may be used for a donation. From the kitchen, a door leads to a spiral staircase that leads to the next floor, the living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom with double bed at the top of the tower is connected to the living room via a continuation of the spiral staircase. There is a south-facing balcony from the living room on the middle floor. The apartment is a cooperative apartment in the Uferwerk, which you can also read about online. From the property you can swim in Lake Zernsee (unfortunately often with algae from late summer). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Occasionally and by arrangement with you, we will share the kitchen. Please leave the apartment as you found it. If something breaks, please let us know. Thank you
