It has some of the most amazing views of the Salcombe Estuary from nearly every window. There is parking for up to 5 cars. It has private access down to Mill Bay beach and has its own boathouse there, and two moorings. Located on the stunning Southwest coastpath it is the perfect spot to enjoy long walks and lazy days!
