It features a rancho with a grill and hammocks, an outdoor shower, and direct access to the beautiful Santa Clara River, plus two smaller streams ideal for meditation. Explore natural trails where you can spot toucans, parrots, owls, hummingbirds, and many other tropical birds. You may also see sloths, howler monkeys, armadillos, iguanas, and squirrels. Surrounded by fruit and hardwood trees, this property is a peaceful paradise full of life. At night, fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the river—an incredibly relaxing experience. Upstairs, the house offers three spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room, a full bathroom, and a wraparound balcony with views of the treetops and wildlife. Downstairs you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom, and an open dining area with a table for 12. There are also rocking chairs and hammocks to relax and enjoy the breeze.
