The space Welcome to Utah and our beautiful lower-level apartment with a separate, extra-wide staircase with a private entrance. Enter into the living area with a cozy fireplace. Our spacious place has an open concept living room, with high-quality leather furniture. Flat-screen tv with wifi so you can connect to your streaming apps to watch your favorite shows! The dining table seats 8 and the island seats 2. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, serving bowls, coffee maker, blender, kitchen aids, and seasonings to prepare a great meal. I also include paper plates, cups, and silverware if you are in a hurry on departure day and want to take the meal with you. There is hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. In the kitchen, you will find a welcome basket with bottled water for each guest, coffee, tea, oatmeal, and some extras provided to get you settled. The two large bedrooms are away from the living space making the sleeping area quiet. There is a king bed in one room, a queen bed in the second room. The beds have high-end luxury mattresses and bedding. There is a huge fully tiled shower with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, make-up remover wipes, and tissues. The laundry room has a LE large capacity front-load washer and dryer. Also an iron and ironing board. It's a quiet family neighborhood and I care about and respect my neighbors, so guests are expected to quiet down after 10 pm. Whether you come for work or play, we can fulfill your needs. We are located about 15 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport; accessible to ski resorts; in under a mile there is Costco, restaurants, groceries, and shopping; within walking distance from biking, running, or walking trails; located in a great central location. Guest access Enter through the side gate and down a wide staircase. A coded keypad gives you 24/7 access. During your stay I value my guests privacy. I am available by message or text. I usually respond immediately and always within a few hours. Other things to note I have a sweet dog, Bella, that spends time in the backyard in the area blocked from guests. When you enter if she is in the yard just call her by her name, Bella and she will become your friend. Every other Sunday I have grandchildren who come to dinner so you might hear little footsteps upstairs during their 2-hour visit. Other than that it is a very quiet, relaxing place.
