Private Room & Bath Near Trails and Restaurants

I’m a young professional opening up my home to visitors looking for a place to stay in the peaceful Central Park neighborhood of Denver, walking distance to popular restaurants and steps away from biking trails. My friendly, lovable dog, Shelby will happily welcome you as well. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a private, quiet bedroom and a private modern bathroom with mountain views in a house filled with options to relax or have fun. The space Turn your bedroom into a movie theater using a projector equipped with all the streaming options (Netflix, HBO, etc.) signed in ready for your use. Enjoy the peaceful backyard equipped with large patio furniture, a reclining lounge chair, fire pit, and gas grill. Stay active by working out in the home gym or by using the available bikes to explore the neighborhood trails that you can get to across the street. Snowshoes are available for use too if you would like to go on a winter hike. Take a 7 min stroll to Stanley Marketplace which is filled with boutique shops and highly-rated, delicious restaurants. Constellation Ice Cream, a Denver favorite is also an 8 min walk away. Cook your favorite meal in a fully equipped open kitchen or enjoy the free coffee and delicious snacks provided. King Soopers, the local grocery store is also only an 8 min walk away. If you need to get work done, be productive in the office with an adjustable standing desk for your use. If you would like to explore downtown Denver and want to avoid traffic, The Peoria and Central Park Transit stations are a 5 min drive away and will take you straight downtown to Union Station. The train will also take you straight to the airport. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except my bedroom/bathroom. During your stay I’m open to interacting with the guests at whatever their comfort level is. I’m happy to provide suggestions for things to do in Denver, provide directions, answer any questions, hang out. I can also give guests all the privacy and space that they need.
