The cozy terrace invites you to sunbathe and also offers smokers a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is very easy to reach (train, bus or car) and is located at Neusser Bahnhof. Düsseldorf MAIN TRAIN STATION can be reached in 11 minutes by train. The space The 75m² apartment from Fewo Escave is equipped with a 1.80 m box spring bed and a 1.40 m box spring sofa bed. You'll also find a TV with Amazon Prime (our account), Netflix (own account), and wifi. This newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a more than 100 year old townhouse, in which several apartments of ours are located. The apartment described below has its own entrance that you can lock with a room key from the inside and you have it all to yourself. It is characterized above all by the special style and the central location. The combination of the old design with fired wood materials and modern equipment creates a balance of coziness and functionality. Whether you want to rest after a hard day's work or after a long sightseeing trip through NRW or the old town - you've come to the right place. The apartment is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about anything. The apartment has a large living-sleeping area with open kitchen. The 1.80 m wide bed in the living room opposite the rock face invites you to relax in the evening in a mystical ambience. The comfortable large couch in the living room can be pulled out generously and offers another sleeping accommodation for 2 people. Feel free to watch the TV through your Netflix account and our account on Amazon. There is also satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to provide yourself: (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle) and offers seating for 4 people. You will also find washing machine there. Some basics such as spices, coffee and tea are also available. Use my hob to conjure up the dish of your choice - enough pots, pans & sharp knives are available. Enjoy your meal or a nice game night at the dining table, which offers enough space for up to 4 people. The freshly built daylight bath awaits you with plenty of fresh towels in a stylish atmosphere.
