Highfields ~"Maison de La Chere" –

Overlooking the beautiful expansive Lockyer Valley, our home is set on the edge of the Highfields escarpment, 10 minutes north of Toowoomba. A comfy private guest room and bathroom is all you need to enjoy all the services, cafes, restaurants & sights of both Highfields and Toowoomba. The come home to your own private garden & separate entrance to your guest wing. Michelle & her pug, Teacup will welcome you! The space Our home is a lovely Hampton style stone house, and access to your room is private. The guest wing has its own queen size bedroom & bathroom. A guest designated garden area overlooking the Lockyer Valley provides the perfect spot for a cup of tea & to enjoy to expansive view. The perfect park space is handy so that you may come & go in privacy. Guest access You have your own bedroom wing with a bathroom which includes shower & a deep bath tub, as well as your own toilet. Your bedroom includes a chair, and table, alongside the comfortable queen bed, and a cupboard is provided for your convenience. Your wing is accessed from the escarpment view of the house and while you are with us, this access is for your use only. The rest of our home is for our use and that of our family as Maison de La Chere is our family home. During your stay I am usually here to provide guests access to their suite. Should you need any additional regional information, please do ask upon arrival. Otherwise your privacy will be respected during your stay. Please note: I don't offer small fridge facility for cold goods. Other things to note As this is our family home & we reside here most of the year, we share our home with our pets, a rambunctious pug, "Teacup", who is always eager to greet. The pug is free to roam the property, and you'll appreciate that she loves to make new friends. And chickens. Our guests will be treated to a home like environment, not a hotel. As such, we too are private people, so appreciate your need for privacy. Maison de La Chere offers a spectacular view, quiet space which makes it trully unique, and we are delighted to share that with you.
