Guest access Access to the studio is located on the right side of the main house. You’ll find a dark brown metal door with a latch, easily accessible directly from the driveway. The exterior access to Handy Studio is simple and completely private. Just follow the walkway to reach the main entrance, which is equipped with a smart electronic lock. An electronic PIN for the entry door will be sent to you via message once your payment is received and confirmed. Please note that your PIN is valid only for the duration of your stay and will automatically expire at 11:00 AM local time on your check-out day. If you experience any issues accessing the door, please do not force it. Instead, call, text, or email us. You can also knock on the Main House door, and if someone is available, they will be happy to assist you. Other things to note When you reserve Handy Studio, the following amenities are included free of charge: one designated parking space directly in front of the studio (no street parking), cable TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We provide sufficient linens and towels based on the number of nights booked and/or the number of guests in your party. To welcome you, we offer a complimentary package with water, soda, snacks, coffee, and tea, along with basic household essentials. These include dish soap with a dispenser, a sponge, paper towels, body wash, and shampoo. All items are available for your use, but refills during your stay must be purchased at your own expense. Rental rates may vary depending on the season and the number of guests. The studio can comfortably accommodate up to three people. A refundable security deposit of $200 USD will be held until the end of your stay. The full amount will be refunded if no damage or issues occur due to your stay. Please note: Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions. Additionally, we do not accept reservations from individuals or groups under the Minimum Legal Drinking Age (MLDA). Smoking is NOT allowed inside the studio. You may smoke outside, but please keep the area clean and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated garbage cans. If these policies are violated, we reserve the right to retain a portion or the full amount of the security deposit to cover additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pets or smoking indoors.
