This lovely 2-bedroom terraced house, set in the charming village of West End, sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac with convenient parking right outside. Step into a small entrance hallway with a handy downstairs loo before moving through to the sleek, white kitchen, complete with integrated appliances for effortless self-catering. The space The open-plan dining and sitting room leads into a bright conservatory, where French doors open out to a secure, fenced garden — perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, one of which features a flexible zip-link bed that can easily be arranged as twins. Both bedrooms share a modern family bathroom. Thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, the home offers comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You have the run of the entire house and garden. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book. Just so you know: we are superhosts. Not to toot our own horns, but we manage a growing group of carefully curated properties in the South – some of them are fabulous holiday lets but some are more suitable for short term lets. We host contract workers or families who are refurbishing their own homes, waiting for a new home purchase to go through, who are between tenancies, or relocating to the area and wanting to take some time to assess the perfect spot. We love to provide a real home from home in these properties: fully serviced with everything you could possibly need – whizzy wifi and sharp knives in the kitchen, linens and towels, hangers in the cupboards and an iron and board. At Smarter Rent we curate and manage a select portfolio of handy accommodations around the South East. We hope you will also find the beds and sofa comfy, the shower sufficiently powerful and the wifi without a glitch. The kitchen should also have everything you need for your stay. We then prepare them for market (taking care of the maintenance and furnishings, the photographs and the listings) so guests like you can come and stay with us.
