Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, one of which features a flexible zip-link bed that can easily be arranged as twins. Both bedrooms share a modern family bathroom. Thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, the home offers comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.
