Our building is situated on a 30-foot-wide service road within HIDCO property, just a 1–2 minute drive from Newtown's main road, ensuring easy access while maintaining unobstructed views. Guest access Flat Accessibility: For 7 or more guests booking: You will have full access to all rooms in the flat. For 2-3 guests booking: You will get 1 room; the other 3 rooms will be locked or rented to other guests. For 4-5 guests booking: You will get 2 rooms; the remaining 2 rooms will be locked or rented. For 6 guests: You will get 3 rooms; the 4th room will be locked or rented. For 7 or more guests booking: You will have full access to all rooms in the flat. SHARING STATUS: If you book for less than 7 guests, this flat will be shared as per above details. Other things to note While we do not have dedicated power backup facilities at Balmy BNB Tower-2, it is important to note that power cuts are rare in our area. We have observed minimal instances of power interruptions, ensuring a consistent and uninterrupted power supply for our guests. Visiting guests are restricted from entering the flat unless permitted in specific cases. However, we have a sofa located on the ground floor where guests can sit and meet each other. The living room is equipped with a 2-ton air conditioner, which you can access by paying 999 INR per day. Once your payment is completed, you will be provided with the remote control and the power will be turned on. However, access to the AC in all four rooms is included in the room rent. *Please do not attempt to cool the living room by opening the bedroom door. Using the air conditioner beyond its capacity to cool both the bedroom and the attached living room may cause it to malfunction, overheat, water dripping or even pose a fire hazard. If manipulative use leads to damage the AC, you will be charged for repairs or replacement of the AC* Minor girls (under 18 years) and boys (under 21 years) are not permitted to stay at the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
