The house is located on a private road with a wooded area to the front and fields to the rear, making it a quiet property. There is a dining room, lounge with multi fuel burner, well fitted kitchen, small outdoor enclosed yard area with seating, conservatory to the front. Ground floor bathroom with standard amenities including over bath shower. The room has a king size bed with two bedside cabinets and a large flat screen TV with standard and Netflix TV. There are 2 soft cats at the house. The space King size bed with deep comfortable mattress. Overlooking the wooded area to the front. Wall hung TV with access to standard television and Netflix. Storage drawers to either side of the bed. Hanging space is available elsewhere in the house. Guest access Because it is a private road guests cannot park in front of the property but free, safe parking is available just a few yards away. Other things to note Please note I have 2 short haired cats. Both are soft as so are more likely to be running off from you than clawing you.
