The downstairs includes a massive lounge with log burner and kitchen as well as 1 x kingsized bedroom and 1 x double bedroom. There is a bathroom with with shower, toilet and sink. The downstairs of the property is heated with a mixture of underfloor heating and central heating (as well as the log burner of course). Prices include all linen and towels, WiFi, heating etc. We provide a basket of logs, kindling and paper for you to use on the log burner. We actually used to live in this barn, so it really will feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped. Please note it is large as is suited towards full occupancy bookings when the barn sleeps 8 people. There is a lovely, fully enclosed (3 ft fencing) garden that wraps around the property where you will find an outdoor table and chairs and a Bbq. There is ample parking at the front of the barn for up to 4 cars. Located in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside but only a 20 min drive from Cromer, Sheringham and Holt. There are lovely walks right on the doorstep. Please note the barns are rural, our nearest shop is a 30 min walk or 5 minsin the car. The nearest pubs are a 20min and 30 min walk respectively. We are dog friendly! 3 dogs welcome within the price. Please ask for our doggy rules.
