The upper floor has a living room with a 55" Fire TV, a sofa bed, and a dining table. A full bathroom with shower only, and a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, all kitchen essentials you need to prepare a meal. On the bottom floor is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an attached bathroom, and a work area. One large walk-in closet with extra bedding for the sofa bed, iron, and an iron board. Another spacious closet with hangers and a large full-body mirror. The Eastside window has blackout curtains. All windows have shades. Note: the fireplace is non-operational. Shared coin-operated washer and dryer on the property. Street parking only. Guest access Like any other place in California, it is best to have a car or get Uber/Lyft. Closest BART Station is the 19th St, 2 miles away, a 40-minute walk. Bus lines on Grand Avenue and Lakeshore Avenue Other things to note You need to walk up 25 to 35 steps to reach the apartment, which is not recommended for individuals with mobility problems. There are no elevators. About 14 steps inside the apartment. Street parking only. It is possible to park in front of the building, but it is not guaranteed. The fireplace is non-operational.
