On the bottom floor is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an attached bathroom, and a work area. One large walk-in closet with extra bedding for the sofa bed, iron, and an iron board. Another spacious closet with hangers and a large full-body mirror. The Eastside window has blackout curtains. All windows have shades. Note: the fireplace is non-operational.
