Whether you stay for a weekend or make it your work-from-home staycation, this place feels like home. The rental includes high-speed WiFi and a 65" Smart TV. The home is fully stocked with essentials like a washing machine/dryer, shampoo/conditioner, towels, bed sheets, and anything else you’ll need. Let’s take you on a quick tour: The living room includes an extra large couch, a full-sized dining table and a large TV. The luxurious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and easy access to the outdoor pool area. It’s also complete with a master bathroom of your dreams, featuring a dual vanity, a separate room for shower/bath and toiletries for your stay. Next you have another bedroom with a full over full bunk bed, a room with a queen bed and lastly another room with a queen bed and a dedicated work space. Whether you order in or decide to cook, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end finishes, appliances, and an island. Outside, you will find an absolute paradise in the beautifully maintained backyard, complete with a large pool and hot tub. You’ll find a BBQ grill, a large turf area, an outdoor sectional and tanning chairs to lay out on. There are no paper towels in the kitchen and no Kleenex in bathrooms. Each group will receive a bundle of miniature soaps and toiletries that is typically seen in hotels. There is no propane in the BBQ grill so if you intend on grilling, please provide your own tank. There is no TV service, and you can only download apps allowed on the Samsung TV platform, (i.e. not DIRECTV app). Heating the pool costs $100/day extra, and heating the hot tub is included in your rate. Be mindful that you have to message the host each time you want it heated but you can see from reviews that guests typically hear back from the host within 5 minutes. For the safety of the host and guests, there are cameras on the outside of the house. Guest access Access is through the front door using our Wyze touch key pad. Each guest will receive a custom code that expires after checkout time. The front door access code will be given a day before guests arrive, along with check-in instructions. Both garage and street parking are available. Other things to note Security cameras are located on outside perimeters of the property. The pool is only heated by request and takes about 10 hours to fully heat, so give us a heads up! There is a pool heating fee of $100 per day. You must provide your own propane tank for the grill.
