Peaceful cul-de-sac, no traffic. The space Our fully furnished and decorated house welcomes you to Mons en Baroeul. The 86 m2 house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near Mons Sarts (line 2) and Marbrerie (line 1) stations. An entrance provides access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, where a line allows you to comfortably hang your laundry. On the ground floor is also the bathroom with double sink and bathtub, and separate toilet. On the first floor, the living room, nicely decorated: bookcase stocked with comics and graphic novels, turntable with its many vinyl records, and comfortable sofa. The living room overlooks the very bright and fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and dishes, including KitchenAid, electric oven and induction hobs. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom with double bed and desk. In the latter, 2 stackable single beds can be joined to make a double bed, or separated for 2 individual beds.
