The space Our house "DER RUIBACHER" offers 5 comfortable well-equipped holiday apartments with a rural holiday flair - a bit vintage, to relax and unwind. The Ruibacher house is located at one of the most beautiful viewpoints of Marlengo in a quiet, sunny location, nestled between vineyards and chestnut trees with magnificent views of the historic spa town of Merano and the idyllic Adige Valley and within walking distance of the village center of Marlengo. From the end of May to the beginning of September, our outdoor swimming pool is open and accessible to all our guests. Enjoy the soft spring water and the sun's rays on your skin during this time! The rest of the time the swimming pool is closed! We have five covered, enclosed parking spaces as well as enclosed free parking space (not covered). HIRZER APARTMENT: The 40 m² apartment "Hirzer" is located on the first floor and consists of a separate kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a double bedroom with access to a separate large panoramic terrace. Perfect for couples. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are already in the apartment. We ask that you bring your own bath towels for the swimming area. In the kitchen you will find vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, a few spices as well as a filter coffee machine, a mocha pot, a small grill toaster, a microwave, an oven and a kettle. No pets allowed in this apartment. Guest access You can use the booked apartment all to yourself. The information room in the entrance area with current information about the surroundings of Merano and Marlengo is accessible to all guests in the house. Here you will find events, restaurant tips and hiking maps as well as a wine refrigerator with selected wines from the neighbors for self-service. The parking lot, the garden surrounding the house and the swimming pool area in the summer months are also accessible to all our guests.
