Located in downtown Augusta that overlooks the Kennebec River. Right when you arrive, you will walk into a spacious open concept living and dining area. This property is located in a small but recently revitalized downtown. I love to support local, so you will be greeted with a little welcome basket of chocolates from a local chocolate shop and a few small gift cards to enjoy during your stay. My hope is that you use these gift cards to explore and support our local merchants. The space KITCHEN: I love to cook, so I hope you do too. We provide a coffee maker along with a french press. There is sugar and fresh cream available in the fridge. I provide salt/pepper/oil/vinegar. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, farm style sink, a kitchen island, toaster, microwave and tea kettle available. You will also find in the pantry a jar of dog bones for your furry friends. BATHROOM: You will find a tub with a matte black sliding shower door with a toilet, wall mounted modern vanity and mirror. This bathroom has a mid-century modern feel to it. I always have cotton balls and q-tips available for you to use during your stay. FRENCH PATIO: This is not a full sized patio, but extends out roughly 18" from the building for a more European style feel. People can easily stand on the deck comfortably. There is a small round side table outside where you can place a beverage if you wish. Feel free to open the doors for fresh air and you may even catch a glimpse of a sturgeon jumping out of the water. BEDROOM: You'll find a large queen size bed with 1400 count thread sheets and a plush Magnolia comforter. There is a 6 drawer modern dresser available for you to use with a full length style mirror. There is central heat/AC in this room with a ceiling fan as well. CLOSET: We supply hangers, ironing board with an iron and plenty of space to hang your clothes for your stay. Other things to note: There is a full-time resident that lives above this unit, so please be courteous. We are animal friendly and use eco-friendly products.
