You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located charming and quiet bungalow. The space 1 bed bungalow with a double bedroom plus a convertible sofa in the lounge to accommodate more guests , down a quiet cul-de-sac close to plenty of walks and a short stroll into the lovely market town of Bingham. Open plan lounge and dining. Well equip cute kitchen, accommodating everything you might need to cook for yourself during your stay. 1 bathroom with bath and overhead shower.  Fresh linen and towels will be provided for your stay and a strict cleaning regime is in place between guests. Dog friendly for up to 1 well behaved dog (or 2 small dogs) - enclosed & secure garden with use of garden furniture. Private double drive for parking of 2 cars. The house is perfect for long or short term rentals, I can accommodate any length of stay for those of you that are just in the area for a short time (perhaps a wedding or a party) or longer term (maybe working locally) - fantastic transport options to all over Nottingham. Guest access Private access to whole of the bungalow, drive and garden - it'll be yours for the whole of your stay. All one level apart from a small step into the bungalow. Other things to note Free access to Netflix, You Tube and Wifi whilst staying in the bungalow using our cinema sofa!
