"Serenity Now" is a mountain retreat that is located in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain. This well-kept entry level condo offers breathtaking sunsets with its long-range views. An escape from the heat and humidity of the summer, or the perfect location for winter activities, it is located close to all that the High Country area has to offer. You can get out and explore or simply enjoy the peacefulness and views from 5100 ft. The space Newly renovated and decorated with comfortable furnishings inside and out, we offer a fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. Enjoy the gas fireplace, big screen, smart TV, and access to a 300 sq. ft covered deck with outdoor dining and seating area in the warmer months. The condo offers a full size washer and dryer and a dining table that seats 6. You will also find games, puzzles and books to enjoy! Serenity Now comfortably sleeps up to six. Large master bedroom features a king bed, deck access and a private spacious bathroom including large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and is attached to a full bath. There is a private loft area with 1 Queen bed and full bath with walk-in shower. Guest access This home has paved access, (snow plowed and patrolled) the entire way, and offers free, unassigned parking for two vehicles. Other things to note During the winter months, 4WD/AWD or tire chains for 2WD are required to go up the mountain, as you get close to your destination the road becomes very steep! The streets are paved and the roads are regularly plowed and salted but some areas can remain icy. Safety Requirements we implemented in our property are fire extinguisher and fire blanket located in laundry room , 3 story fire escape ladder in each bedroom closet, Smoke/Carbon Monoxide alarms. Trash dumpsters are located just off the property by the entrance. A map is posted in Guestbook when you enter the condo to direct you where to dispose of any trash as well sent to you as a message before check-in. Per HOA and Housekeeping Requirements, guests are asked to remove trash, put away dishes and turn water off prior to check out.
