The Track is 2.3 miles. Shopping is a 4-mile drive to the Tanger Outlets. The space Welcome to Your Home Away from Home Welcome to your temporary sanctuary, where comfort and convenience meet elegance. As you enter, you'll discover the living room, and to your left, a spacious dining table that accommodates your entire family. On the right, double doors lead to the outdoor patio, complete with a table and chairs for your relaxation. Kitchen and Dining Inside, you'll find an equipped kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops. I strive to keep items like spices and oils available, though they may occasionally run low. Laundry and Essentials Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay. Each bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area are thoughtfully equipped with essential items to ensure you have a stress-free vacation. However, please note that supplies may get depleted if used by guests. Comfortable Bedrooms Back in the hallway, you'll find the first two bedrooms and a shared full-sized bathroom. Front Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, a large dresser, a TV, and a door leading to the patio—perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the fresh air. Middle Room: Offers both a twin-size and a queen bed, along with a dresser, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Master Suite At the end of the hall, the master bedroom provides a luxurious retreat. It includes a TV, a king-size bed, a dresser, and a sitting area for dressing. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay. ☀️The Wharf is 6.5 miles (amazing concerts) ☀️The Track is 2.3 miles (super fun for the whole family) ☀️The OWA is 6.1 miles (another amazing place for the family) Full Amenities: 🏊-Free access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center. The fitness center has been newly renovated. 🏓-Tennis and pickle ball court. There is a pickle ball set in the hallway. Please place back. 🔥-Community BBQ Grill. No fire on the front or back patio. A $200 fine will be imposed to you if seen. There is a beautiful BBQ pit to the right, middle of the community. Step out the door and walk to the right and you will see it. 🏌️‍♂️- Bring your clubs or rent a set! Gulf Shores has between 9-15 courses! ONE Club has a course right across the street at Oak Rd. Step away for a min and keep your skills sharp. Guest access Our community has free access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis courts. The gym can be accessed through the pool area or the front doors of the clubhouse. The pool and hot tub can be accessed by using a gate code that is provided through the AIRBNB app. Please be aware that the pool closes for maintenance at times or during storms. This is out of my control. No refunds will be given if this happens or if the WiFi is down due to the company’s maintenance. Other things to note Our unit is upstairs to the right. There is a patio off the living room that has a utility closest that might have some beach supplies. Our guests may leave some beach supplies for others to use. Please shake off any sand from any beach supplies that come inside to include towels and feet. The sand gets in-between the flooring and causes friction. PLEASE Note: Quilts, and area rugs maybe updated with in the same season. Colors of the bedding might change. Decorations are added through the year.
