The Retreat At Pinewood is truly incredible. The home is just minutes from the main strip in Monteagle, which is incredibly convenient. You’re close to all of the hiking, restaurants, grocery store, and even the local university. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a luxurious living room equipped with a large couch, comfy swivel chairs, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare a great meal. Inside the garage you’ll find a second TV and ping pong table. Out back is one of the best parts. The lot is big enough to be able to take morning walks with your coffee, and see some grazing deer if you’re lucky! The fire pit is great, and is an awesome way to wind down after a long day or hiking and dining! You’ll have full access to the entire home and the backyard. The property line goes from the blacktop driveway all the way back to the trees, and left of the gravel driveway. Feel free to play baseball, throw the football, or even hit a few pitch shots with your golf clubs! We love our neighbors and their awesome sense of humor! You’ll see a mannequin across the driveway that is often dressed up for the various seasons like Halloween, Mardi Gras, Christmas, and more. Don't be spooked! Our neighbors are great, and we do ask that you respect them, and their privacy. Please no loud noise or music after 10pm. Please note there are a pair of small dogs across from us that may bark when they see guests arriving. They are very sweet, fenced in, and should stop barking within a few minutes! This home is incredibly peaceful and offers a very enjoyable and relaxed experience, However it does sit back about 200 yards from US-41, so you may hear cars going by. We spend most of our time there outside and still find peace and tranquillity. We know you will too!
