Families, friends, associations, working groups, the 3 Longères gîtes in Sempy, a picturesque village located in the country of the 7 valleys, at the gates of Montreuil sur mer and 25 minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Opale, warmly welcome you in an exceptional setting. Our 3 large cottages are located in a completely renovated old farmhouse. They will seduce you with their brightness and authentic character by offering you all the comforts necessary for a good stay. The space 3 spacious farmhouses (220 m², 180 m² and 130 m²) renovated with charm on a 4500 m² property. Suitable for groups thanks to their large living rooms and functional kitchens, they consist of a total of 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 9 toilets, laundry rooms and huge terraces. Gîte 1: The barn: 8/10 people Gîte 2: The house by the stream: 8 people Gîte 3: The farmhouse: 10/12 people. The advantages: the heated pool of 5 x 10 m secured by a fence all around as well as by an electric shutter on the pool (open from April until the end of October if the weather conditions allow it), and a real tennis court, ping pong tables, darts, billiards. Each gîte has a private outdoor area equipped with a barbecue, tables, garden chairs and parasols, petanque court, basketball hoop. Rackets and tennis and ping pong balls, petanque balls are present on the site. Electric Car Charger on site. Sheets, towels, tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning included.
