Private entrance (8 stairs) to our beautiful studio flat with a Queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. It has a big balcony to enjoy the view of the Kalang River and mountains. We are just 2 minutes walk away from the excellent Liberty Cafe. A 2 minute drive to Urunga town centre, & boardwalk. It's a 5-minute drive to divine beaches. Bellingen, Sawtell & Coffs Harbour are just 15-minutes away and we're 2 minutes off the highway. We live above the studio and some noise travels between floors. The space Our studio flat is a nice big open space with big glass sliding doors onto a large open balcony. There is reverse cycle aircon, NBN WiFi, TV, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, hotplate, kettle, toaster, chopping board, basic cooking utensils, and pots/pans.
