Stay with a fantastic ocean view near the beach, forest, and nature in a newly built vacation home of 30 square meters (323 square feet) with a cozy sleeping loft. Here, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – dishwasher, washing machine, induction stovetop, oven, and TV. Relax on the large terrace with a magical sunset or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening swim. Close to central Stenungsund with restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn, and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and attractions. The space Welcome to a cabin in a perfect location – just a short walk to the sea and swimming from the jetty. Just around the corner, forest and nature await, offering great opportunities for walking, mushroom picking, and relaxing in a peaceful environment. For those interested in fishing, there are plenty of great fishing waters in season, with the chance to catch, among other things, sea trout and mackerel. Fishing poles are available to borrow. Next to the cabin, there are two stand-up paddleboards that you are free to use to explore the surroundings from the water. After a day of adventures, you can relax in the wood-fired sauna. During the summer months, there is also a trampoline and a ping-pong table – perfect for both children and adults. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire house, which features several lovely outdoor areas, including a cozy veranda and a large terrace with fantastic views. There is also a wood-fired sauna, which can be accessed via stairs directly from the house – perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or in nature. A private parking space is included, and from the parking area, a partially private path leads up to the house, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. Other things to note 🐾 Pets are welcome. You are most welcome to bring your four-legged friends! 🛏️ Bed linens and towels: Please note that bed linens, towels and bath towels are NOT included in the house. If you want to not bring your own, there are linen packages for rent for SEK 195/person. The package includes bed linens, towels and bath towels. Please let us know before check-in how many linen packages you want – payment is done through Airbnb. Pillows and duvets for 4 people are available in the cabin. EV 🔌 charging: There is a possibility to charge the car with an 11 kWh charger. Charging is at cost – an addendum is added to the Airbnb app after checkout.
