Seaside vacation home with magnificent views

Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to. The space Welcome to a cottage with a perfect location – within walking distance to the sea where you can swim from the jetty. Right outside the door, forest and nature await, perfect for walking, mushroom picking or just peace and quiet. For those who like to fish, the area offers nice fishing during the season, with the chance to catch sea trout and mackerel, among other things. Fishing rods are available to borrow in the cabin. Adjacent to the cabin are two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) that you are free to use to explore the water. After a day out, you can relax in the wood-fired sauna. During the summer half year, there is also a trampoline and ping pong table available – appreciated by both adults and children. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house, including a cozy balcony/porch with patio and a large balcony in the back. There you will also find a wood-fired sauna that you can easily reach via stairs directly from the house – perfect for relaxing after a day out. You park easily in your own space, and from there you walk a partially private path up to the house. Other things to note 🐾 Pets are welcome. You are most welcome to bring your four-legged friends! 🛏️ Bed linens and towels: Pillows and duvets for 4 people are provided in the cabin. Please note that bed linens, towels and bath towels need to be brought. If you don't want to bring your own, there are linen packages to rent for SEK 195/person. The package includes bed linens, towels and bath towels. Please let us know before check-in how many linen packages you would like – payment is made through Airbnb. 🔌 Charging of electric cars: There is a possibility to charge the car with an 11 kWh charger. Charging is at cost – a surcharge is added to the Airbnb app after checkout.
