Very well designed space with living room, kitchen, deck & powder room on first floor, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a second deck upstairs. WiFi, free parking, ONE heated pool on the NORTH BLUFF, short walk down to the beach on a special path. L’Occitane Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion, Nespresso for coffee. Bartesian Cocktail Maker. The space Amazing views, space is 100% new inside. Full kitchen with Bosch appliances. Plenty of beverages provided! Both upstairs toilets are the Toto Washlet Bidets. High end furnishings, bedding, towels, etc. L'Occitane shampoo/conditioner. One upstairs bedroom has a king bed AND twin bunks. So you can sleep 6 upstairs and have the living, dining and kitchen downstairs without disturbing sleeping guests upstairs! Guest access You can use the North Bluff pool and hot tubs. Bring your beach towels, renting thru us directly means the pool will not give you towels or golf cart rides. You will not be able to pay $250 to reserve a s'mores firepit experience. Sanderlings is the on-site restaurant. Parking is easy, right outside the condo building. Other things to note When renting directly the resort will not give you beach towels or a ride on the golf cart up from the beach. We have usually just asked a driver dropping people off if we can get a ride up and they happily say yes. But.. no guarantees on this! You also cannot do the $250 s'mores firepit experience. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo or outside on the balconies. The condo is located on the second floor, up 21 steps. Once inside the condo it is two story. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, and master has a balcony. Downstairs powder room, living and dining rooms, kitchen, and another balcony. NO PETS PLEASE. No parties or events are allowed.
