House between the sea and the olive trees

The house is located in Limenari, almost in front of the (Ionian) sea. Just in front of the house you can swim and explore "Baniera", a natural bay in rocks and explore the enchanting bottom of the sea. 1km away you can swim in the marvelous beach of Stomio and pass by the lunar landscape offered by the beautiful route next to the rocks. The space 80m2 house on a 1000m2 plot in the area of Limenari. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom and a parking area. It has a spacious living room and a big kitchen, one bathroom and two rooms. The first room has a double bed and all the necessary furniture. The second room has also a double bed and a library-office and also a mezzanine. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and has everything you need. Limenari's sunset is unique and it is known from the Greek antiquity through the description of Pausanias. Other things to note My accountant informed me that from 2026 there is a climate resilience fee (CCF) that is at 2 euros per night from November until the month of mars(off season ) and 8 euros (from mars to october ).
