The property has an additional tiny house bedroom in the back separate from the main house, inside there is a single bed, air conditioning, and small storage. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room with smart TV, full kitchen complete with cookware, appliances and dishes, separate office space and garage with Washer and Dryer, plus complementary EV charger for electric cars.
