The house is on a completely fenced property, dog friendly (with $50 pet fee) and private. Enjoy the days and nights by the bbq and outdoor dining patio, plus comfy outdoor sofas and swinging egg chair. The star gazing net is a raised platform that has a trapeze net secured inside, like a giant hammock! 2 people at a time can enjoy hanging out in the net. New 4 person hot tub as of March 2022!! You can cool down on warm days in the cowboy pool and warm up by the fire at night. The property has an additional tiny house bedroom in the back separate from the main house, inside there is a single bed, air conditioning, and small storage. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room with smart TV, full kitchen complete with cookware, appliances and dishes, separate office space and garage with Washer and Dryer, plus complementary EV charger for electric cars. The style of the house is Midcentury modern, and may not be suitable for children under 10 years old. Other things to note 4 Security cameras are on the outside of the property.
