Welcome to my studio in the heart of the resort ❄️ Close to the slopes, shops, and activities, this is the perfect place to enjoy the mountains. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Above all, this is my pied-à-terre, a personal space that I share when I’m away, in a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Here, there are no standardized services, but an authentic, cozy, and genuine place, with its own charm and imperfections. Rental from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum. The space Fully equipped 25 m² cabin studio. Possibility to separate the cabin part from the living room part. Bathroom with bathtub and shower column. Separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Raclette machine and fondue pan, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine available on site. Multiple storage cupboards. Balcony overlooking Mont Bisanne and Pierra Menta, table, outdoor chairs and snowshoes available in the trunk on the balcony. Ski locker available for guest use. Linens and towels are not provided. On site 1 bed of 140*190 (sofa bed, mattress changed in March 2025) and 2 single beds 90*190. Duvets and pillows available. Guest access Apartment located on the raised ground floor, 2 floors are to go up and down to access it. Off-season you can park easily for free in front of the cottage. In the peak season, if there are no spaces in front of the cottage, you can park in the Le Signal parking lot. Avenue des JO (main street of the resort) is paid. You can also come by train, the nearest train station is Albertville, shuttles then connect Albertville to Les Saisies. The nearest bus stop to the chalet is 150 meters away and is called Maison des Saisies (tourist office). On site, you will be welcomed by Bertrand, who will show you around the apartment and will remain available during your stay. Other things to note Cleaning can be taken care of, on site, for a fee of €60. A linen and towel rental service is available for €25 per person.
