Quiet Christian couple in suburban home w/2 bedrooms & bath. Near I-25, USAFA, Focus on Family, & Chapel Hills Mall. Walk to grocery, restaurants, shopping, parks, & churches. Two friendly dogs live here, too! No smokers. Adult females & their adult guests only; we don’t rent to men due to home's layout & shared living space. Please note this listing is for 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom only; rest of house not available. We're not professional innkeepers; just willing to share what we have! The space First bedroom has queen bed and a sunny, south-facing view of Pikes Peak. Second bedroom has a queen bed and faces north to the quiet cul de sac. Bedrooms are located at the opposite end of a shared hallway from the owners’ bedroom. Guest access Two private bedrooms and separate private bathroom with tub and shower. First bedroom is cozy & comfortable, with a queen bed and view of Pikes Peak. Second bedroom is larger, light & airy, with a queen bed. Pricing is for use of both bedrooms (may book single room under separate listing). Front-door access to home and on-street parking. Access to rest of house is not available. Please see House Manual. During your stay Host works from home, so she will be present, but not very available for social interaction. Most suitable for independent and self-sufficient guests who simply need a safe and comfortable bed for the night. Other things to note This listing operates in accordance with city permit #STR-2045. Our children are grown now, so our home is no longer child-proofed or suitable for most children. Well-supervised children and immobile infants are welcomed on a case-by-case basis.
