This makes it ideal when you have to work from home. Our studio is centrally located with quickly access to the main highways in Tampa. The Veteran’s Expressway being only a few minutes away. Also quickly access to the golf beaches, Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Hyde Park, Armature Works and many other attractions!! Guest access Our guest have also access to a a little side patio shown in the listing pictures. This area was created just for our guest. Other things to note Toiletries and Supplies: We provide essential toiletries such as toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner.Please feel free to reach out if you need additional supplies during your stay. Housekeeping: While we don’t expect the space to be spotless, we appreciate it if guests tidy up before checkout. Please take out the trash and leave used towels in a pile. Parking: Free designated parking space is available on the premises. Noise Level: The neighborhood is generally quiet, but please be mindful of our city’s quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Accessibility: Unfortunately, our property is not fully accessible for handicapped guests. Family-Friendly: Our studio is suitable for couples or solo travelers.
