Cozy room with two beds including towels. Silent refrigerator in the room. A kettle, coffee and tea are available for you. 3 rooms share one bathroom. The guest rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed. We live on the first floor. The space The room has two beds, two nightstands, a table, two chairs, a chest of drawers where you can put your clothes and a wardrobe where you can hang your shirts and jackets. Coffee, tea and a kettle are at your disposal. Towels and a hairdryer are ready for you. You can linger on the cozy balcony and meet other guests. Guest access Free Wi-Fi, microwave, kettle for making tea and coffee is ready for you. 1 bathroom for 3 guest rooms, 1 balcony on the 2nd floor, large garden may also be used, parking is right outside the door. During your stay The guest room is on the 1st floor. We live on the first floor. You have your own entrance. We're also happy to help if you need us or are bored. We share the garden with a cozy covered terrace, where the grill is often lit. Other things to note From January 1, 2024, all guests in Hanover will be required to pay a bed tax / accommodation tax. Over €25 – €50, it is €3. Thereafter, the tax increases in the step model by one € per additional €50 room rate.  You must pay this tax to me in cash upon arrival. I also need a copy of your ID to report the taxes.
