Welcome to the desert! 🏜️ Enjoy a relaxing stay in one of our two private bedrooms. Experience the luxury of a resort in the coziness of our home. We are only 8 Miles away from Downtown Phoenix 🌆 and 12 Miles away from the Airport! ✈️ Other things to note - [ ] We provide our guests with self check-in instructions the morning of their arrival. 🔑 - [ ] Guests do not have access to any other part of the house other than the bedroom and shared bathroom. 🚷 - [ ] We have two Airbnb bedrooms in the property. The bathroom is shared among the two bedroom guests. 🚽 - [ ] We have a friendly indoor cat. He mostly keeps to himself however, if you are lucky he may greet you upon your arrival. 🐈‍⬛ - [ ] Late check-outs are available upon advanced requests however, there is an additional fee of $10 per hour after 10AM. ⏰
