The kitchen is fully equipped for all your necessities. - Traditional coffee machine, we provide coffee for you to brew your first morning coffee, creamer and sugar. - Climate control A/C for each room in the apartment. The Bedroom: - Bedroom includes 2 queen-sized bed plenty of closet space - Flat-screen 43" LED TV equipped with Cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, and HBOmax. - Tons of towels, linens, pillows for the whole group -clean and spacious bathroom (walk-in shower) - Closet The Rest: - Plenty of soaps and shampoos, including hair dryer, and a steamer - CDC-guidelines professional cleaning service before and after every stay. Guest access The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay! You can do it by contacting myself before your stay, or by going to the reception during your stay (to avoid reservation problems, it is better to book in advance) *** Other things to note IMPORTANT: There is a one-time service fee of US$50 per adult due at check-in. $50.00 per adult other than husband/wife or parent/minor child, which are considered one applicant. This is a direct cost from Midblock Condominium - paid directly to the building (major credit card only). This charge is NOT included in the rental payment through Airbnb. All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival. Photo ID is required. All guests will need to acknowledge the condominium rules and regulations. Adult guests must be 21 and over. Midblock is a residential building (not a hotel) that has strict rules to allow for a peaceful and safe experience for all guests. No visitors are allowed after 11pm. Check-in time: 3 pm Check- out time: 11 am ***Guests who lose the Keys / Keys / Parking Pass will be charged a $ 100 fee (replacement cost)*** PET POLICY 1. All pets must be registered with condominium association management office. 2. No more than two (2) domesticated pets (dogs, cats, cage birds and/or aquarium fish). Total maximum combined weight permitted is one hundred twenty (120) pounds. 3. Pets are only allowed in the common areas for ingress and egress purposes. Pets shall only be in the hallways of the building, elevator and lobby as a means of direct ingress or egress to and from its Owner's Unit. 4. All pets must be on a leash at all times. 5. Pets are not to cause nuisance to any surrounding neighbors. This includes excessive barking within the unit or in any of the common areas. 6. Pets are not to be left unattended on balconies, terraces, and/or patios. 7. Unit balconies, terraces, patios are not to be used as a pet waste facility. Do not sweep any feces off your balcony and this is a nuisance to all below neighbors. 8. Pet owners are responsible to pick up all waste/feces caused by their pets and dispose of it immediately. This includes both the exterior and interior of the building such as the elevator, lobby and/or corridors. Management has installed doggy stations for the convenience of all pet owners. Please note that Midblock Miami Condominium is currently a "Pet Friendly" community. Violating any of these Pet Rules and Regulations may result in a fine, but may also cause the board to reconsider the current pet restrictions. Be courteous to your neighbors and other residents in our community. To register your pet with the building, fill up the front desk form.
