"Sandig" Cosy 1 bedroom Log Cabin Dog Friendly

'Sandig' is a cosy 1 bedroom log cabin in a prime location to explore the historic attractions of the westside of Lewis. Located in close proximity to the Hebridean Way, Sandig is ideal as a base to visit such sites as the Callanish Stones, Garenin Blackhouses and Doune Carloway Broch. Carloway is also home to two stunning beaches, Dal Mor and Dal Beag, and is ideal for hillwalkers, cyclists, surfers, birdwatchers, or even those looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. The space Unwind in this cosy, peaceful log cabin, well equipped and with stunning views of the local landscape, crofting life and historic blackhouse ruins. Close to local attractions such as Callanish Stones, Garenin Blackhouses, Dun Broch and metres away from Clach An Tursa, an ancient standing stone. Stunning beaches in the village perfect for surfers, walkers, and doggy days out! The cabin provides a relaxing retreat at the end of the day where you can cook a meal, enjoy a glass of wine and settle down to watch Netflix. Guest access Guests have access to our large driveway, and spacious parking areas. Other things to note We welcome dogs at Na Taighean Fiodh, as we know it can be difficult to find accomodation with pets! We appreciate our guests cooperation in keeping pets off the furniture. We also ask our guests to be mindful of local livestock, as this is a crofting community. There is no livestock on the croft, but please be aware there are sheep, cows and horses in neighbouring crofts.
