On a 1.5-acre ravine, next to woods, and a creek. Quite peaceful neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Deer and wild critters abound. One bedroom w/ private bath. Bath has been repainted with new curtains/ shower head. Puppies welcome. Room is large with French doors out to a beautiful and peaceful forest and ravine. Close to downtown, freeways, and hospital. Food prep center with refrigerator, freezer, Microwave, coffee maker w/coffee/ cups, wine glasses Wi-Fi. As an author my books are there to read. The space New cleaning and disinfection before each guest! Queen size bed, large closet, and dresser drawers. Just added a new comfortable armchair, 2 TV tables, and an extra chair. Outside chairs and table for your morning coffee or evening wine. A swing if you are feeling young. Deer and wildlife abound. Bathroom is original and unique 1964 yellow and pea green, with bath and shower. Outside entrance, and private parking space. No smoking inside: pets ok, dog bed, and feeder provided, but cannot be left alone. Deer and wild critters abound Guest access Very close to I270 and I70 and 15 minutes to downtown. Private parking on the property. Easy access around the home, to your private entrance. The neighborhood is quiet, very safe, and excellent for walking or jogging. Or dancing in the middle of the street, which I do, depending on when I wake up! During your stay I am an author of many novels. If I'm not writing I am available to visit on the patio. Just tap on the door, or call! Or if you see me wondering around the forest, yell "Hi what you doing? Have a minute?"
