Basement apartment near bathing water (2 bedrooms)

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Here you have many nice hiking areas, a bathing water with a small beach just outside the house. Here you can also fish or skate on the coldest days in winter. We also have a rowboat that you can borrow. Not far away you can salmon fish in the river in summer or paddle in a canoe. Os city center is 9 min drive. If you have small children, let us know and we can provide a crib, bathtub, toys, etc. After 10 pm we want to have it quiet and peaceful :) The space Apartment renovated 5 years ago with modern kitchen. TV and Apple TV. Floor heating. Guest access The outdoor area is shared with us but we don't use it very often. Other things to note Car charging must be agreed upon. Washing of clothes must be agreed upon as the washing machine is in a common area. Apple TV: use iPhone remote control or android. Let me know if you don't have one, and you can get a phone on loan.
