Located right off I-10 Paseo del Norte exit minutes away from shops, less than 1 mile to coffee shops and to plenty of restaurants on Resler dr. The entire first floor is available for you! Kitchen, living and dining room, laundry mat and backyard where your Furry Friends welcome! The space All bedroom doors are equipped with their own key pad lock for easy convenience and privacy. Master bedroom has king size bed, smart tv, master bathroom and walk in closet. As you enter the home with the self check in code you will see the mudroom for your coats and shoes. Next to it will be formal living room modernly decorated. As you continue you will find a powder room and the dining table up ahead. Seating up to 8 people is available plus 4 stools for the bar top. There’s another small living area in between the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, pots and pans, to cook plus stainless steel appliance throughout including a dishwasher. This is a two level home, guests are asked to only use first level. The downstairs master suite features a king size bed, both down & down alternative pillows, beautiful modern decor. Theres a smart TV available for use, a “Might have Forgotten” basket for our guests. A Master bathroom with tub and walk in closet. This home is complete with an easy to use washer and dryer. AC and heating is controlled by one central thermostat meaning the same temperature will be shared between the entire house. If you need an extra heater or fan, please let me know. Guest access Guests can park on the driveway. There is also free parking in the front of the home and inside the garage. We do not provide the garage control to guests. Guests only have access to first floor! There is an asphalt area as you exit the dining room towards the patio. Are we booked for your preferred dates? Facing the front driveway and back patio. Please note our building is a home in a cookie-cutter neighborhood. You'll sometimes hear loud music from the houses next door. This is a nature verdant area so you will see insects all around. We do fumigate monthly inside the house, if there’s any problem please reach out. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, we do charge a pet fee. Our goal is to compete with other nicer, boarding options in our area and compensate our cleaning team fairly after a pet has stayed. Our pet fee starts at $25/per night per pet. If staying long term it’ll be a flat monthly fee. Please ask if your pet can stay before confirming your booking. The house is pet friendly for well behaved dogs, although they’re not allowed up on the couches and bed. If anything is damages beyond washing, the cost of replacement items will be billed against your security deposit. You’re also expected to clean up your pet’s waste from the yard. Pets waste in the yard will result with an additional $50 cleaning fee per each pet waste left behind.
