A luxury family or group glamping tent in a private rainforest reserve. Erected on a rock solid platform with a hardwood floor, the principle bed is a handmade one of a kind "Hobbit Queen" bed. Trust me, you won't want to get out of it. Additional beds are a hardwood double with an elevated single above (like a bunk bed) A stunning bathroom is attached to the tent, and also a fully equipped kitchen below the platform. Electricity is provided by solar. The platform balcony, overlooking the rainforest, provides a stunning place to sit, enjoy a glass of wine and absorb the incredible nature and wildlife surrounding you. Sharing your child's first sighting of a monkey in the wild is totally priceless. A perfect elevated position picks up the cooling natural breezes from the forest. We provide you with beautiful fresh fruits, granola, milk, tea and coffee for you to enjoy. For an additional fee, we can provide top of the range ingredients for you to cook at your leisure. However you are in a rainforest, so you can expect to see some bugs. You will actually be amazed how very few there are, you will see more at the beach! The tent and all windows are fully sealed with top of the range bugnet. Also please note that whilst we have solar electric, due to its limitations outlets are USB only. Internet access is only available through your own cell phone provider. There is cell phone service on the platform. The platforms are high and with a handrail, but all children must be accompanied on the platform at all times. Only children over 6 years old. Check in is only between 2pm and 4pm due to the nature of the location in the forest, after dark check in's are not accepted. A later arrival can be arranged, but the last possible check in is 5.15pm.
