Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The bathroom is available for your own use unless there are other guests. The kitchen is available to use but is shared with us. Perfect location for local pubs, shops and station. Close to the A63 and M62. Enjoy your time here in a relaxed home either in the privacy of your room or with us. Please ask any questions regarding our home and its location. The space You can stay in your room or join us in the living room, it’s your choice. Guest access Guests are welcome anywhere except our bedroom and en suite. During your stay You are welcome to call or text me to ask for assistance with anything. Happy to help. Other things to note We have two friendly cats. If you book on the day you wish to check-in, I may not see your booking until I am home from work which is later than the usual 4pm check-in.
