Home in Camp Verde

Located in a quiet, rural community split between farmland and custom homes. Our home is peaceful and secure. We are surrounded by pastures of friendly horses, donkeys and cows. Deer and coyotes roam freely. The White Hills are a short walk to the North where there are quite a few hiking trails. The Verde River, which supplies our abundant green, is also close by. The space Our home offers comfort for up to four guests. We are doing our part to help guests stay safe by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing everything. The living room has all new furnishings including fine leather sofa and loveseat. New end tables and coffee table with live-edge wood tops. TV with DVD player. An assortment of movies, board games and cards are in the cabinet. New desk and chair, simple office supplies for the remote worker. USB in lamp on desktop. Two bedrooms, each offers a queen size bed with new bedding and mattresses. Lamps with USB ports. Closets have hangers and shelves for luggage or personal items. There is and ironing board and iron. One bathroom with a separate room for toilet. There is a a bathtub shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The soaps, body wash and lotion are all hand crafted for Wide Open Spaces by Carefree Bath & Body using only the purest ingredients. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, stovetop with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a stacked LG washer and dryer in closet off kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, mixing bowls, casserole dishes and wine glasses. Six place settings for everyday dishes. Toaster and toaster oven. Keurig and Mr. coffee makers both available. Assorted coffee and teas, creamer and sugar stocked. Cleaning supplies are kept under the sink. Guest access There is a fully fenced acre to roam. The cement slab in front is for parking your vehicle. The garage and art studio are private. Please note that directions for the Airbnb house is different from the physical address. You must enter from Wilson Rd. NOT Caughran Rd. Other things to note There is a large garbage can on the north side of the house that inside trash bags may be emptied into.
