Ponte dell'Olio and Bettola are 7 km away, with all services. The surroundings offer castles, villages, ancient churches and paths, restaurants and agritourisms. The space The house has a simple and cozy style, with a vintage touch. It consists of a small kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a double bedroom with a view of the river, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a wooden loft with a single bed (accessible by a steep staircase, suitable for agile children or adults). Outside there is a small fenced green area for exclusive use, perfect for keeping an animal safe. The entire property is surrounded by 5000 square meters of parkland, with walking paths, nature, silence and space to breathe. It's a place that invites you to slow down. Here silence has a sound, nature is a living presence and art is breathed into the atmosphere, as part of our daily lives. It is not a luxury home, but a refuge with an authentic soul. Guest access The entrance to the property is shared with our main home, through a common gate. The cottage is completely independent and guarantees privacy. Parking is internal, free, and suitable for two cars. We are present on site, always available for advice or in case of need, but we gladly respect your privacy. Other things to note • Dogs are allowed, but only with our prior agreement: other dogs, cats and farm animals live on the property, so it is important to evaluate on a case-by-case basis. • Cats allowed, if used to living in the house. • The private green area for the exclusive use of guests is entirely fenced, ideal for keeping animals safe. • Children under the age of 10 are welcome, but must be closely supervised by parents, especially if they are very young, for safety reasons.
