Sunny apartment central & quiet in the Nordstadt

The apartment is fully furnished with a south-facing balcony in the living room. The bedroom is facing the courtyard making it nice and quiet at night. The neighbors are all very nice and the staircase is made of stone/concrete, so it does not creak loudly. You can reach the city center within 5-10 minutes by bike. Bus and train are around the corner, as are Rewe, Rossmann, Netto and treats. I recommend a spelt croissant from the "Little Bakery" :) I'll leave my bike there for you too.
