We also provide detailed documentation needed to access the property, including driving directions, access codes, and an on-site welcome guide. 3. We Self Manage -- We will be your primary contact leading up to, and throughout your stay. This means you wont be speaking with some property management company staffer who has never stayed at the home, and who may not be familiar with the Winter Park area. 4. Amenities -- From provided coffee grounds, sugars, and teas, to Q-tips, cotton balls, and hair dryers, we want to make sure that you have what you need to enjoy your stay. We will provide a detailed "property inventory" document prior to your stay, so you know what we provide, and what you may need to bring. ------- We offer a friendly and flexible cancellation policy, as we know plans change, but before booking, we encourage you to review our "Policies" (below), to ensure our home is the right fit for your visit to Winter Park, Colorado.
