However accommodations will be made for long term seasonal guests. Other things to note This is a peaceful neighborhood that adheres to Lake Havasu City's noise ordinance. No parties / large gatherings or unauthorized guests are permitted. All guests must be listed in reservation request. Violations can result in a $1,000 city fine. Please note the quiet hours, Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 7am & Holidays, Fridays and Saturdays, 12am - 7am. Pool can be heated upon request. Initial pool heating is $25 for the first day and $10 for any additional day. We are unable to accept any animals in the home due to the severe threat they pose to the health and safety of the hosts. This includes "service" or "emotional support" animals. Any law enforcement contact on or regarding the property must be immediately reported to host. Guests who violate any terms of their reservation may have their reservation cancelled and forfeit their expense. Legal actions include being trespassed and removal from the property in accordance with Airbnb policy.
